Almond Honey Apple Glazed Pork Chops Nuts Over Fish Topping Recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 Boneless Pork Chops

1 – 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping

1 t salt

¼ t pepper

Glaze:

¼ 1/3 C Honey

1 C Applesauce

1/2 t Pumpkin Spice (or 1/4 t nutmeg and 1/4 t cinnamon)

Cook Time: 35 minutes


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping with salt and pepper.
  3. Place pork chops in baking dish and rub both sides of pork chop with mixture.
  4. Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and remove foil.
  5. Coat pork chops with glaze and continue cooking for 15 – 30 minutes depending on thickness of pork chop.
