Almond Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients
2 Acorn Squash
8 T Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
2T Butter
Salt & Pepper
Makes 4 Servings
Preheat Oven 400 degrees.
Cut Acorn Squash in half and remove seeds.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on each half of the acorn squash.
Sprinkle Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping on each half.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Delicious.
