Almond Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Acorn Squash
  • 8 T Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
  • 2T Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Makes 4 Servings

  1. Preheat Oven 400 degrees.
  2. Cut Acorn Squash in half and remove seeds.
  3. Sprinkle salt & pepper on each half of the acorn squash.
  4. Sprinkle Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping on each half.
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Delicious.
