Almond Honey Apple Glazed Pork Chops
Cook time 45 minutes
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 – 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
¼ 1/3 C Honey
1 C Applesauce
1/2 t Pumpkin Spice (or 1/4 t nutmeg and 1/4 t cinnamon)
Makes 4 Servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping with salt and pepper.
Place pork chops in a baking dish and rub both sides of the chop with the mixture.
Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and remove foil.
Coat pork chops with glaze and continue cooking for 15 – 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chop.
