Almond Topped Cod

Ingredients
3-5 lbs Cod
1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
Makes 4-6 Servings
Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping onto the surface of your cod to coat.
Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
