Almond Topped Flounder

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs Flounder
  • 1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping

Makes 4 Servings

  1. Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping onto the surface of your flounder to coat.
  2. Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 12 – 15 minutes of cooking time.
