Macadamia Topped Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3-5 lbs Flounder
  • 1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping

Makes 6-8 Servings

  1. Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping onto the surface of your salmon and coat.
  2. Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
