Macadamia Topped Salmon

Ingredients
3-5 lbs Flounder
1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping
Makes 6-8 Servings
Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping onto the surface of your salmon and coat.
Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
