Pistachio Butternut Squash

Ingredients
Butternut Squash pre-peeled
Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
Olive Oil
Makes 4 Servings
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the baking sheet with olive oil or a nonstick spray.
Slice the butternut squash into ½” pieces. Lay slices on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio over squash to the desired amount. Spray with olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
