Pistachio Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash pre-peeled
  • Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
  • Olive Oil

Makes 4 Servings

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the baking sheet with olive oil or a nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the butternut squash into ½” pieces. Lay slices on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio over squash to the desired amount. Spray with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
