Pistachio Crab Topped White Fish

Ingredients

  • 3- 5 lbs of your choice of white fish (Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Hake, Whiting, Tilapia)
  • 1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
  • 8 oz container of Crab Meat (drained)
  • Pint of Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
  • Fresh Tarragon

Makes 6-8 Servings

  1. Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping onto the surface of the fish of your choice and coat.
  2. Place the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle tarragon.
  3. Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
