Pistachio Crab Topped White Fish

Ingredients
3- 5 lbs of your choice of white fish (Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Hake, Whiting, Tilapia)
1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
8 oz container of Crab Meat (drained)
Pint of Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
Fresh Tarragon
Makes 6-8 Servings
Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping onto the surface of the fish of your choice and coat.
Place the tomatoes on top, and sprinkle tarragon.
Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
