Pistachio Dill Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz leftover Salmon
  • ¼ C Green Onion
  • 3T Mayo
  • 2T Nuts Over Fish® Topping
  • 1t Dill
  • ¼ t Salt
  • ¼ t Pepper
  • Fresh Lemon to taste

Makes 6-8 Servings

  1. Break apart salmon with a fork into chunks. Add green onion and gently combine not to break apart chunks.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients: mayo, Nuts Over Fish® Topping, salt & pepper, and lemon.
  3. Fold into salad.
