Pistachio Dill Salmon Salad

Ingredients
8 oz leftover Salmon
¼ C Green Onion
3T Mayo
2T Nuts Over Fish® Topping
1t Dill
¼ t Salt
¼ t Pepper
Fresh Lemon to taste
Makes 6-8 Servings
Break apart salmon with a fork into chunks. Add green onion and gently combine not to break apart chunks.
Mix dressing ingredients: mayo, Nuts Over Fish® Topping, salt & pepper, and lemon.
Fold into salad.
