- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping with salt and pepper.
- Place pork chops in a baking dish and rub both sides of the chop with the mixture.
- Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and remove foil.
- Coat pork chops with glaze and continue cooking for 15 – 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pork chop.

- Preheat oven 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Combine Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping, and coconut, in a bowl. Beat egg whites.
- Sprinkle salt & pepper on shrimp. Add shrimp to egg whites.
- Pull one out at a time and coat in the topping mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray shrimp with oil or nonstick spray.
- Bake until the topping on shrimp is golden brown, 8-10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix softened cream cheese and Nuts Over Fish® Macadamia Topping.
- Fill each half of jalapeno with cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
- Add one or all of the options below to top off jalapeno.
Options:
12 medium size shrimp peeled, deveined, uncooked
6 slices bacon cut in half, uncooked
1 plum slice small enough to fit in jalapeno half
Top with shrimp alone, top with plum alone, top with plum and shrimp.
Wrap in bacon with just cream cheese mix or top with shrimp and or plum, and then wrap in bacon. - Bake for 30 minutes.

- Mix together the blueberries and the NOF Macadamia Topping and set aside.
- Slice the brie in half horizontally, so there are two pieces. Place in pan rind side down. Top with blueberry mixture, and let fall over sides.

- Rinse rice under cold water using a strainer.
- Add chicken stock to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add rice. Adjust heat to simmer and cook uncovered for 50 minutes. Drain rice through a fine strainer.
- Add remaining ingredients to rice and mix. Allow rice to sit for a couple of hours before serving so flavors can develop.

- Cook the green beans in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of cold water, cooling them completely. (this process will keep the green beans vibrant green)
- Whisk together olive oil and Dijon mustard.
- Add mixture to skillet and heat, add beans, and toss until beans are coated. Add “Nuts Over Fish” Almond topping and continue to toss until heated through about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer to Serving platter. Sprinkle with the chopped, sliced, or slivered almonds.

- Melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time at 50% power, stirring after each 30-second interval.
- Dip one banana at a time into chocolate, then coat with topping mixture. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- Place bananas in the freezer to set, about 20 minutes.
