Almond Green Beans Recipe
This side dish is simple to make and is a delicious, healthy addition to any meal!
1lb fresh green beans trimmed
3T Olive oil
2 t Dijon mustard
3T Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
1/8 C chopped, sliced or slivered almonds

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Cook the green beans in boiling water until crisp tender, about 5 minutes. Drain beans and immediately transfer to a bowl of cold water, cooling them completely. (this process will keep the green beans vibrant green)
Whisk together olive oil and Dijon mustard. Add mixture to skillet and heat, add beans, and toss until beans are coated. Add “Nuts Over Fish” Almond topping and continue to toss until heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to Serving platter. Sprinkle with the chopped, sliced or slivered almonds.
