Almond Honey Apple Glazed Pork Chops Recipe
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 – 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
¼ 1/3 C Honey
1 C Applesauce
1/2 t Pumpkin Spice (or 1/4 t nutmeg and 1/4 t cinnamon)

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping with salt and pepper.
- Place pork chops in baking dish and rub both sides of pork chop with mixture.
- Cover with foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and remove foil.
- Coat pork chops with glaze and continue cooking for 15 – 30 minutes depending on thickness of pork chop.
