Pistachio Carrots Recipe
This side dish is simple to make and is a delicious, healthy addition to any meal!
Ingredients
12 Carrots, peeled and cut into 1“ lengths
4T Butter
1/3C Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
1 Lemon

Directions
- Place carrots pieces in a saucepan, add water to cover and cook until tender, 25-30 minutes.
- Melt butter in saucepan. Add Nuts Over Fish® Topping and mix. Set aside.
- When carrots are done, drain, and return to pot. Pour butter mixture over them and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to serving dish, squeeze lemon to your taste, and serve immediately.
