Pistachio Crab Topped White Fish Recipe
Take your choice of white fish and make it pop with the delicious crab topping kicked up with Pistachio Nuts Over Fish.
3- 5 lbs of your choice of white fish (Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Hake, Whiting, Tilapia)
1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
8 oz container of crab meat ( drained)
pint of cherry tomatoes sliced in half

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Simply press the Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping onto the surface of the fish of your choice and coat.
- Place the tomatoes on top, sprinkle tarragon.
- Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
- Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes cooking time per inch of fish.
