8 oz left over Salmon

¼ C Green Onion

3T Mayo

2T Nuts Over Fish® Topping

1t Dill

¼ t Salt

¼ t Pepper

Fresh Lemon to taste

  1. Break apart salmon with a fork into chunks. Add green onion and gently combine not to break apart chunks.

  2. Mix dressing ingredients: mayo, Nuts Over Fish® Topping, salt & pepper and lemon.

  3. Fold into salad.
