Almond Herb Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients

  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 3T Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
  • 2 t olive oil
  • 1 t salt
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 lbs chicken, skinless, boneless, thin, if not pound chicken until thin

Makes 4 Servings

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a zip lock bag, add chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. The next day, place chicken on a baking pan and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes; turn chicken over and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
