Almond Herb Marinade for Chicken
Cook time 24 minutes
Juice from 2 lemons
3T Nuts Over Fish® Almond Topping
2 t olive oil
1 t salt
½ t pepper
2 lbs chicken, skinless, boneless, thin, if not pound chicken until thin
Makes 4 Servings
Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a zip lock bag, add chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, place chicken on a baking pan and bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes; turn chicken over and bake for an additional 12 minutes.
