Pistachio Topped Salmon

3- 5 lbs of Salmon
1 3oz package Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping
Makes 6-8 Servings
Simply press Nuts Over Fish® Pistachio Topping onto the surface of your salmon to coat.
Spray lightly with olive oil and squeeze a wedge of lemon.
Bake at 425 degrees. Allow 15-18 minutes of cooking time per inch of fish.
